Test calibration: 1. Regular calibration of the tester - test five standard aluminum foils to check the tester, at least once a month. The average bursting strength of five pieces of standard aluminum foil should not exceed the value on the foil package±5%. 2. Calibration of the pressure gauge--To calibrate the pressure gauge, it should be consistent with the inclination angle during use, and use the piston type or mercury column pressure calibration method. Test steps: ① Adjust the humidity of the sample in the standard atmosphere, take a representative sample suitable for the test area, and take 3 parallel samples for each test. ②Select a diaphragm with a suitable test area, adjust the hydraulic speed, and control the bursting time within a reasonable range. ③ Load the sample on the diaphragm, so that the sample is in a no-pressure state. ④Set the equipment to zero and start it, record the bursting speed, time, height and strength, and calculate the average value. Burst time: Burst time refers to the time required for the burst process, GB/T 7742.1—In 2005, there are clear regulations on the bursting time, but the instrument cannot set the bursting time, so the specified bursting time must be realized by controlling the bursting speed.
