Analysis of operation, use and maintenance methods of electronic fabric strength machine

1. Operation method of the electronic fabric strength machine 1. The level adjustment of the instrument After the instrument is placed, it must be adjusted to the level. The specific method is: adjust the height of the four machine feet under the base, so that the blisters in the level bubble installed on the base surface are centered That's it. 2. Start-up and commissioning Before the instrument is commissioned, it is necessary to check the power cord of the instrument, whether the electrical components are normal (if there is obvious damage, it should be checked and repaired), and whether the grounding of the instrument is reliable (the resistance of the non-insulator of the casing to the grounding pin of the power socket)≤1Ω), then power on the instrument and turn on the power switch. The startup and debugging must be carried out when the instrument is powered on. ①. Driving action debugging ②. Driving up: press the up button on the control panel (or the start button on the base), and the driving must move up and down at the set speed (when the driving is at the upper limit position, it cannot be started). should be stable. When the upper limit impact nut of the vehicle runs to the upper limit impact block, its rapid rise changes to slow recovery, and stops after reaching a certain position. ③. Driving down: Press the down button on the control panel, the driving should make a rapid descending linear motion (when the driving is at the lower limit position, it cannot be started), and the driving should descend smoothly and at a uniform speed. ④、Break test action: when the driving is at the lower limit position, press the start button, the driving should make a straight upward movement, and apply a certain pulling force on the holder on the instrument by hand (generally≥5% of full scale), and then release it. When the pulling force disappears, the driving should stop rising immediately, and turn to a rapid descent until the driving returns to the lower limit position. ⑤. Driving up and down limit action: When the driving falls to the lower limit and hits the nut and hits the lower limit collision block, the driving should be stopped immediately, and when the down button is pressed again, the driving cannot move; pressing the rising start button, the driving can quickly rise. When the driving quickly rises to the upper limit and hits the nut and hits the upper limit bump, it should be able to immediately turn the rapid rise to a slow rise, stop after reaching a certain position, and press the up button again, the driving should not be able to move. 3. Display part test The function of each button in the display part is detailed in the introduction of the display panel buttons and display functions in Figure 3. Please check it carefully before debugging and checking. 2. The operation and use of the instrument take the fabric stretching function as an example: 1. Operation adjustment (1), clamping distance adjustment The clamping distance between the upper and lower clamps must be adjusted to the set value before the tension test of the instrument. , the specific adjustment method is: ①. Press the up button on the control panel to make the vehicle go up. After rising for a certain distance, press the stop button to stop the vehicle. ②. According to the required length of the sample, move the lower limit block to the limit rod. The position of the corresponding hole (or the indicating arrow) should be fastened. The limit rod is drilled with a lower limit positioning and stop hole for the positioning of the lower limit striker. Each hole indicates the clamping distance of the gripper to mark the test. ③. Press the down button to make the vehicle stop automatically when it descends to the lower limit position. Use a steel ruler to measure the distance between the upper and lower grippers. If there is a slight difference with the gripping distance requirement, you can adjust the height of the upper impact nut (thread adjustment), and finally make The distance between the upper and lower grippers is in line with the gripping distance requirements. ④. According to the set distance between the upper and lower grippers, check whether it matches the set gripping distance. If it does not match, please repeat the above steps until it meets the requirements. (2) Selection of pre-tension clamps According to the specifications of the sample, the pre-tension value required to clamp the sample is calculated according to the test standard, and then the corresponding pre-tension clamp is selected. (3) Test parameter setting According to the standard requirements, input according to the LCD screen prompts. (4) Adjustment of tensile speed When testing one kind of sample, several additional samples should be prepared more than the specified number of test samples for pre-testing to determine the tensile speed. 2. The sample fixture for clamping the sample is configured according to the customized function, taking the fabric tension function as an example to configure the corrugated splint fixture: a. Rotate the clamp handle to loosen the corrugated splint; b. Move one end of the test strip from the top Insert the lower part of the clamp into the opening of the upper clamp, and keep the sample and the jaw straight; c. Rotate the handle to clamp it; d. Release the handle of the lower clamp to open the lower jaw ; e. Pass the other end of the test strip whose upper end has been clamped in the upper clamp through the jaw of the lower clamp, and use the selected pre-tension clamp to clamp the strip through the jaw so that the sample is in the pre-tension clamp. F. Rotate the handle of the lower clamp to clamp the lower end of the sample, and then remove the pre-tension clamp, that is, the clamping of the sample is completed. 3. Tensile test Press the start button on the base, the vehicle will rise, and the sample clamped between the upper and lower grippers will be stretched. After the fracture, the vehicle will automatically return to its original position, and the instrument will automatically record and display the fracture. The maximum strength value (peak strength value), tensile length, elongation, breaking time and number of tests.
