Applicable standards: GB/T5453, ISO9237, AFNORG07-111, ASTM737, BS5636, JISL1096-A, DIN53887 Test principle: According to the specified method and test parameters, clamp the sample on the air inlet of the fabric breather, and then adjust The speed of the fan makes the two sides of the fabric reach the specified pressure difference, and the air permeability of the fabric is determined according to the nozzle aperture and the pressure difference between the two sides. Prepare the sample as required and cut it to the specified size. 2. Check the calibration equipment. 3. Turn on the power switch, set the test parameters on the control panel interface, and enter the test test preparation interface after setting. 4. Install the sample, put the sample into the detection area, and clamp it on the sample round table. The test position should avoid the edge of the cloth and the crease. When clamping the sample, a certain tension should be used to make the sample flat and not deformed. . To prevent air leakage, a gasket can be placed on the low pressure side of the sample. 5. Press the start button to start the automatic test. The suction fan is started to make the air pass through the sample. When the pressure drop gradually approaches the specified value, the air flow can be automatically recorded. 6. After the test is completed, press the test head to press the plate to release the clamping sample. Place the next test position of the sample in the detection area, press the test head platen to clamp the sample, press the start button, and start the test again. 7. Repeat the above operation until a set of samples is completed. Under the same conditions, repeat the test for different parts of the same sample at least 5 times. 8. After the test, you can query through the test panel, you can query and browse the results of each test in turn, and display the average value of the test. In case of air leakage from the fixture, the air leakage can be measured and removed from the data. 9. Press the test platen to release the gripper to avoid fatigue. Power off the instrument, unplug the power plug, and cover the instrument with a dust cover.
