Analysis of the operation, use and maintenance methods of the electronic fabric strength machine

1. Operation method of electronic fabric strength machine 1. Level adjustment of the instrument After the instrument is placed, it must be adjusted to the level. The specific method is: adjust the height of the four machine feet under the base to center the water bubble in the level bubble installed on the surface of the base That's it. 2. Before commissioning the instrument, check the power cord of the instrument, whether the electrical components are normal (if there is obvious damage, check and repair), and whether the grounding of the instrument is reliable (the resistance of the non-insulator of the housing to the grounding pole of the power socket is ≤1Ω), and then Turn on the power to the instrument and turn on the power switch. Start-up and debugging must be carried out when the instrument is powered on. ①, driving motion debugging ②, driving up: press the up button on the control panel (or the start button on the base), the vehicle must move up linearly at the set speed (when the vehicle is at the upper limit position, it cannot be started), and up Should be stable. When the upper limit of the vehicle hits the nut and runs to the upper limit striker, its rapid ascent becomes a slow recovery, and it stops after reaching a certain position. ③, driving down: press the down button on the control panel, the driving should make a rapid downward linear motion (when the driving is at the lower limit position, it can not start), and the driving down should be stable and uniform speed. ④ Pull-off test action: When the driving is at the lower limit position, press the start button, the driving should make a straight upward movement, apply a certain pulling force (generally ≥5% of full scale) to the gripper on the instrument by hand, and then release it , When the pulling force disappears, the driving should immediately stop rising and turn to a rapid descent until the driving returns to the lower limit position. ⑤. Driving up and down limit actions: When the driving down to the lower limit hits the nut and hits the lower limit block, stop the driving down immediately, and press the down button again, the driving can't move; press the up start button, the driving can quickly rise. When the vehicle quickly rises to the upper limit and hits the nut and hits the upper limit striker, it should be able to immediately change the rapid ascent to a slow ascent, and stop after reaching a certain position. When the up button is pressed again, the driving should not be able to move. 3, display part test display part of each key function is shown in Figure 3, the display panel keys and display function introduction, please read carefully before debugging and checking. 2. The operation and use of the instrument takes the fabric stretching function as an example: 1. Operation adjustment (1), clamping distance adjustment Before the tensile test of the instrument, the clamping distance between the upper and lower clamps must be adjusted to be consistent with the set value. , The specific adjustment method is: ①, press the up button on the control panel to raise the driving, after a certain distance, press the stop button to stop the driving. ②, according to the required length of the sample, move the lower limit block to the limit rod The position of the corresponding hole (or the indicating arrow) should be tightened. The limit rod is drilled with a lower limit positioning stop hole for the positioning of the lower limit striker. Each hole indicates the clamping distance of the holder for the test. ③. Press the down button to automatically stop the vehicle from descending to the lower limit position. Use a steel ruler to measure the distance between the upper and lower clamps. If there is a slight difference from the clamp distance, you can adjust the height of the upper limit impact nut (thread adjustment), and finally The distance between the upper and lower grippers meets the requirements of the gripping distance. ④. According to the adjusted upper and lower gripper distance, check whether it is consistent with the set gripping distance. If not, please repeat the above steps to meet the requirements. (2) Pre-tension clamp selection According to the specifications of the sample, the pre-tension value required to clamp the sample is calculated according to the test standard, and then the corresponding pre-tension clamp is selected. (3) Test parameter setting According to standard requirements, input according to the LCD screen prompts. (4) Adjusting the tensile speed When testing a sample, several additional samples should be prepared more than the specified number of test strips for pre-testing to determine the tensile speed. 2. The sample fixture is configured according to the customized function. Take the fabric stretching function to configure the corrugated splint fixture as an example: a. Rotate the clamp handle to loosen the corrugated splint; b. Lift one end of the test strip from the top Insert the clamp under the clamp into the opening of the upper clamp, and keep the sample and the jaws straight; c. Rotate the handle to clamp it; d. Loosen the handle of the lower clamp to open the lower clamp opening ; E. Pass the other end of the test strip with the upper end clamped on the upper clamp through the jaws of the lower clamp, and clamp the strip passing through the jaws with the selected pre-tension clamp so that the sample is clamped in the pre-tension Pull down straight under the action of f. Rotate the handle of the lower clamp to clamp the lower end of the sample, and then remove the pre-tension clamp, which means that the sample has been clamped. 3. Tensile test Press the start button on the base to move the vehicle up, and stretch the sample clamped between the upper and lower grippers. After the break, the drive will automatically return to the original position, and the instrument will automatically record and display the break The maximum strength value (peak strength value), tensile length, elongation, breaking time and number of tests at the 4. Inspection and disposal of test results ① Check the fracture position of the sample. If the distance between the fracture and the upper and lower gripper jaws is ≤5mm, cancel the test value and perform the test again, that is, press the delete key, and the instrument will check the test value Make the corresponding treatment (minus one treatment, the test is invalid). ②. If the fracture position of the sample is normal; this test is valid, at this time, you can print the strength and elongation curve of the test, and then check the number of tests, such as the displayed value of the sample (the number of tests for this kind of sample) and the set value Consistent, indicating that the test of this kind of sample is completed.
