Analysis of the test method for atomization performance of automotive interior parts

Through the atomization test of automobile interior decoration materials, the volatile substances in the automobile interior decoration materials can be controlled, thereby effectively reducing the environmental pollution in the automobile. Therefore, atomization test has become an important means for automobile manufacturing enterprises and automobile interior decoration manufacturing enterprises to control product quality. Customers call in time. The atomization tester for automotive interior parts is suitable for interior materials such as automobiles and aircraft, such as automotive interior plastic parts, polyurethane, textiles, leather, adhesives, non-woven fabrics, thermoplastic elastomers and other materials. The evaluation of evaporation can also be used to measure the high temperature fogging phenomenon of front xenon lamps. Applicable standards: DIN75201, ISO6452, ISO17071, SAEJ1756, QB/T2728, BSEN14288, PV3920, PV3015, ES-X83231, NESM0161, D451727, GM9305P, TSM0503G ℃ purchased separately); 2. Temperature control accuracy of high temperature tank:±0.1°C (150°C); 3. Low temperature tank temperature range: 0-100°C; 4. Low temperature tank temperature control accuracy:±0.1℃; 5. Dimensions of high temperature tank: 670mm(L)×490mm(W)×540mm(H); 6. Dimensions of low temperature tank: 400mm(L)×220mm(W)×520mm(H); 7. Net weight of high temperature tank: 32kg (excluding heat transfer medium); 8. Net weight of low temperature tank: 15kg (excluding heat transfer medium); 9. Power requirements: AC220V, single phase, 50-60Hz, 2000W. In addition, the technical engineer said that at present, there are three test methods involved in the fogging test standards for automotive interiors at home and abroad: reflection method, gravimetric method and haze method. These standards and their related test methods are as follows: DIN75201---Reflection method, Gravimetric method SAEJ1756---Reflection method, Gravimetric method ISO6452---Reflection method, Gravimetric method QB/T2728---Reflection method, Gravimetric method NESM0161-- -Haze method ES-X83231---Haze method, gravimetric atomization device The following figure is a schematic diagram of the structure of the atomization device in the atomization test. Place the sample under the sample holder at the bottom of the glass beaker and immerse it in a constant temperature oil bath. The beaker is covered with an oil-resistant and high-temperature-resistant fluorine sealing ring, on which are placed the atomization carrier (G position), filter paper, and cooling plate in turn. The substances released by the leather samples at high temperatures condensed on the cooling plate. Except for position G, the test equipment for these three methods is the same. For the reflection method and the fogging method, part G is the fogging glass plate. The test results are obtained by measuring the haze or haze value of the glass plate before and after the test. In gravimetry, position G is an aluminum foil with a larger circular glass plate 3 mm thick on it. Test results for this method were obtained by measuring the amount of condensate formed on the cold surface. Environmental requirements: As long as the constant temperature tank and the cooling plate can work at the required temperature, the atomization process of the test does not have high requirements on the external environment. The environment fundamentally has no effect on it. However, mist carriers such as aluminum foil and glass plate have strict requirements on the environment, and even the slightest change can have a big impact. In almost all standards, fogged glass panels are required to be placed at 23°C±2°C temperature, and in a windless environment at 50%±Conditioned at 5% relative humidity. There will inevitably be some condensation on the atomized carrier. Ambient temperature and humidity play a crucial role in the evaporation of water, and it is difficult to control the ambient temperature and humidity effectively. The uncertainty of environmental control will directly affect the accuracy of the final test results. In the standard DIN75201, ISO6452 and QB/T2728, it is stipulated that the fogged aluminum foil should be treated in a dryer. In this case, the user simply takes the ambient temperature into account for condensation, and no longer has to consider humidity and airflow. Therefore, the conditioning environment of the misted aluminum foil is easier to control. Calibration of test results: Because the atomization test operation process is complex and easily affected by environmental changes, the three standards of DIN75201, ISO6452 and QB/T2728 provide the same calibration method to evaluate the correctness of the final test results. For the reflection method, put 10±0.1g DIDP into immersion 100°C in a beaker in a constant temperature bath, the cooling plate is 21°C, the final result should be at 77±within 3%. Otherwise, the test is considered unsuccessful. The user should find out why and retest. The weight method will be 10±0.1gDOP into 100°C in a beaker immersed in a constant temperature bath, the cooling plate is 21°C, the final result should be in 4.9±in the range of 0.25 mg. Otherwise, the test is considered unsuccessful. The user should find out why and retest. For the haze method, no calibration method is provided in the above standards. Comparison of the three methods: The following table is a comparison of the three methods items
