The standards compiled later mainly include vehicle structural safety requirements and failure and protection against electric shock, and vehicle performance measurement ( Vehicle speed, acceleration performance, climbing performance, energy consumption and driving range, hybrid vehicle emissions, etc.), vehicle power requirements (charging station, on-board charger noise, etc.). 3. Japan Electric Vehicle Testing and Evaluation Japan is mainly engaged in the standardization of electric vehicles by the Japan Electric Vehicle Association (JEVA). The electric vehicle standards (JEVS) formulated are relatively systematic and involve the electric vehicles themselves, test methods, and motors/controllers. , Storage battery and charging system, etc. The electric vehicle standards that have been released include 13 vehicles, 2 motors and controllers, 7 batteries, and 5 chargers.
