Combustion box body: 1) Box body: 0.5m3, machined and formed by CNC machine tool, the arc shape is beautiful and generous, high-quality SUS304 stainless material / baking paint, with beautiful rust and anti-corrosion characteristics. 2) The top of the box is equipped with a ventilation and smoke exhaust system. When the test is completed, the exhaust gas can be discharged to the outside. During the test, the system is in a stopped state. 3) The front of the box is provided with a tempered glass observation window that can be sealed during the test, which is convenient for observing the test situation. 2. Combustion blowtorch: 1) The company's self-made blowtorch fully meets the requirements of IEC60695-11-4: 2004 flame A, B or C. 2) The diameter of the crater: Ф0.95±0.3mm, steam injection port: Ф0.9±0.03mm, the height of the nozzle from the air inlet is 100±10mm. 3) The angle of the torch: 90 degrees horizontally and 45 degrees vertically. 4) Flame height: 20±20. 3. Flame setting time: 0~99 minutes and 99 seconds can be set. 4. Afterflame time: 0~99 minutes and 99 seconds can be set. 5. The remaining burning time: 0~99 minutes and 99 seconds can be set. 6. Test gas: more than 98% methane/37MJ/m3 natural gas (gas can also be used). 7. Burning angle: 20°, 45°, 90°(ie 0°)adjustable. 8. Flame height: according to standard requirements, it can be adjusted from 20mm to 175mm.
