Geotextile tensile strength tester Maintenance 

First, the geotextile tensile strength test machine fitted with the fixture should be coated with rust-proof oil for safekeeping; 

Second, due to frequent use of the jaws, easy to wear and tear, too much oxidation, easy to lead to oil leakage of small piston damage, so the jaws should be cleaned frequently to keep clean (preferably cleaned after each test); 

Third, regular inspection of the jaws parts of the screws, such as loosening found in a timely manner, tighten; 

Fourth, the inserts of the steel plate and liner contact The [1] sliding surface, dovetail groove surface on the liner should be kept clean, and a thin layer of MoS2 (molybdenum disulphide) grease should be applied regularly; 

v. Regularly check the transmission of the sprocket, and if any looseness is found, please re-tension the tensioner wheel.

Maintenance of oil source: 

i. Regularly check whether there is any oil leakage at the main machine and oil source, if any oil leakage is found, the sealing ring or combination pad should be replaced in time; 

ii. Regularly change the oil suction filter and cartridge, and replace the hydraulic oil according to the use of the machine and the service life of the oil.

Third, when not doing the test for a long time, pay attention to turn off the host power. If the machine is in standby mode, the switch should be played to the ‘load’ gear, because if the switch is played in the ‘fast’ gear, the electromagnetic reversing valve has been in the state of power, will affect the service life of the device.

Control system maintenance: 

I. Regularly check the controller rear panel of the connection line is good contact, if loose, should be tightened in time; 

II. After the test, if there is a longer period of time without using the machine, turn off the controller and the computer; 

III. Controller on the interface for a one-to-one correspondence, insert the wrong interface may cause damage to the device; 

IV. Plugging the interface on the controller must be turned off the power supply of the controller.
