Manufacturers and importers that do not currently have the conditions to disclose the environmental protection information of motor vehicles and non-road mobile machinery on the official website of the company shall report on the Ministry of Environmental Protection's environmental protection information disclosure platform for motor vehicles and non-road mobile machinery before the products leave the factory or the goods enter the country. Implementation time (1) Since September 1, 2016, the Ministry of Environmental Protection's environmental protection information disclosure platform for motor vehicles and non-road mobile machinery has begun trial operation. All relevant enterprises are invited to actively participate in the commissioning. (2) Starting from January 1, 2017, motor vehicle manufacturers and importers shall disclose the environmental protection information of newly produced and imported motor vehicles in accordance with the time and method specified in Article 3 of this Announcement. (3) Starting from July 1, 2017, non-road mobile machinery manufacturers and importers shall disclose the environmental protection information of newly produced and imported non-road mobile machinery in accordance with the time and method specified in Article 3 of this announcement. 5. Supervision and management. Provincial environmental protection authorities should establish inspection information verification mechanisms for motor vehicles and non-road mobile machinery, and strengthen the supervision and management of environmental protection information disclosure of motor vehicles and non-road mobile machinery through on-site inspections and sample inspections. , Supervise and urge motor vehicle manufacturers and non-road mobile machinery manufacturers and import companies to disclose information as required. Encourage the public to supervise the environmental protection information disclosed by motor vehicle and non-road mobile machinery production and import companies, and report relevant issues through the environmental protection reporting platform in accordance with the law, and all provincial environmental protection authorities shall promptly investigate and deal with the reported problems. If the environmental protection information of motor vehicles and non-road mobile machinery is not disclosed in a true, accurate, timely and complete manner in accordance with the requirements of this Announcement, the provincial environmental protection authorities shall impose penalties on the relevant enterprises in accordance with the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law, and the penalties shall be timely.
