According to Chai Huazhen, Chairman of Shanxi Caijia Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., the low-temperature continuous scouring and bleaching process of cotton fabrics reduces the stacking time from 12 to 24 hours to 75 to 90 minutes compared with the conventional cold pile process; compared with the conventional two-step gas steaming process , The temperature of the traditional scouring and bleaching process is reduced from 100℃ to 40℃, the steam consumption, water consumption and the usage of chemical products are all reduced by more than 50%, and the power consumption is reduced by more than 40%; it breaks through the low efficiency and continuous steaming of the traditional cold reactor process The disadvantage of high process energy consumption is that the pH value of scouring and bleaching wastewater is reduced from 12 to 7~8, and the total COD is reduced by more than 60%. The project was listed as the 2013 National Torch Program Industrialization Demonstration Project, and the 2014 China Textile Federation Science and Technology Award first prize recommended award project for the 'Light of Textile'.  At the inspection site, Chen Zhihua said that from the 'Eleventh Five-Year Plan' to the 'Twelfth Five-Year Plan' period, the level of energy conservation and emission reduction in the printing and dyeing industry has been increasing, which stems from the advancement of science and technology.
