According to the current regulations, the 'warranty period' of the heating and cooling system of construction projects is 2 heating and cooling periods; electrical pipelines, water supply and drainage pipelines, equipment installation and decoration projects are 2 years.   Will the finished housing become an excuse to increase housing prices in disguise? Discussions surrounding 'housing prices' are endless. The relevant person in charge of the Chengdu Construction Committee clearly stated that he would not, saying that the price of the finished house and the price of the renovation project were priced separately. In other words, what is the 'price' itself and what is the 'renovation cost' will be separately stated.   The implementation rules once again emphasized that after the completion of the construction of the finished residential physical model house, the brand and model of the decoration materials and facilities and equipment used by the development company are completely determined, and the experience has been accepted, it shall apply to the construction administrative department for decoration price verification.
