Product Description
It is primarily used to test the collision energy absorption performance of motorcycle helmets. It is widely utilized by entities involved in the production, scientific research, and quality supervision and inspection of motorcycle helmets.

1. The impact height is user-configurable and displayed in real-time; the lifting mechanism automatically halts once the set height is reached.
2. The base features high impact resistance, ensures the secure mounting of associated components, and includes pre-drilled mounting holes.
3. The headform and helmet are engaged and released via an electrically controlled mechanism.
4. The system utilizes specialized test fixtures to facilitate the convenient and rapid interchange between full-head and half-head forms, thereby enabling the testing of both full-face and open-face helmets.
5. Specifically designed for full-face helmets, the fixture allows for 360° rotation of the helmet, enabling impact testing at five distinct points: the crown, the occiput (rear), the forehead (front), and the left and right ear regions.
