Perspiration color fastness test process and evaluation procedure

The perspiration color fastness tester is widely used to test the color fastness of textiles to sweat, sea water, saliva, and distilled water. Put the sample and the specified lining fabric together, after the test solution is treated, remove the test solution and sandwich it between the sample plates, press the specified pressure for a certain period of time, dry the sample and the lining fabric separately and observe The change of color. The stainless steel sample rack can hold 20 samples, is equipped with an acrylonitrile partition plate, and provides standard weights such as AATCC, ISO, and BS. It is equipped with a perspiration color fastness oven and a chemical reagent kit suitable for AATCC and ISO perspiration testing, including 500g sodium chloride, 500g sodium dihydrogen orthophosphate, 500g sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 200g L-histidine salt. 1. Experimental test procedure 1. Immerse the test sample in the just prepared solution (do not leave the solution for more than 3 days, see 12.8) for 15-30 minutes, stirring and squeezing from time to time to make the sample completely wet, due to the fabric It is difficult to soak, the dyed test sample and the undyed test sample cloth must be alternately operated in the test solution and on the pad dryer to make them completely soaked. 2.Once the sample is completely drenched, the final operation is performed on the clothes winder, so that the wet weight of the sample is 2-2.5 times the original dry weight. The drenched dyed sample should be pasted with the same size multi-fiber test fabric on the back. If necessary, the other side should be pasted with undyed raw materials, but it must be passed through the pin dryer together, and the combined weight must be 2-2.5 times the dry weight. In a certain procedure, when passing through the pad dryer, the sample cannot retain this amount of solution, so the fabric can be dried with a paper towel to the required humidity before testing. In order to get a true and consistent result, the structure of all samples in the test must be confirmed and selected, because the degree of contamination will increase with the amount of liquid left. 3. Put the test sample between the two sheets and insert it into the sample device. In this way, when the multi-fiber test sample is put into the oven, the color bar is in a vertical position. 4. According to equipment performance, use the following comparison scheme: 5, .1AATCC sweat tester: Regardless of the number of samples, put all 21 pieces into the device. After putting on the last piece, use adjustable springs to fix these pieces in position one by one. Put 3.628kg (8Ib) on it to make the total weight under the pressure plate reach 4.536kg (10Ib), then turn the screw to lock the pressure plate in this position, remove these heavy objects, and put the device into the oven. 6. u200bu200bSweat measuring instrument: The pressure piece is placed vertically between a display scale, one end is fixed with a metal piece, and the other side is an adjustable metal piece. By adjusting the screw, the movable piece will be close to the test sample to increase the pressure. 7. Put the installed sample device in an oven at 38±1°C (100±2°F) and heat it for at least 6 hours. If it is still not dry after this test phase is over, remove the sample from the sample device and dry it in a convenient way, but the temperature should not exceed 60°C (140°F). Because this simple test can be delayed for 16 hours, the test results show that there is no obvious color change and pollution after 6 hours. Second, evaluation of experimental results 1. Generally unsatisfactory color fastness to perspiration is due to bleeding or color change of dyed materials. It must be noted that there is no obvious bleeding when the color changes. On the other hand, when color bleeding occurs, there may be no change in color, or color bleeding and color change occur at the same time. Certain brown pigments of chromium can be used for standard tests. These brown pigments are then known for the purpose of showing color changes and fading, because they can obviously absorb sweat and react with certain carbohydrate chloride dry cleaning liquids. Therefore, if the acid condition is improved, this part of fading can be doubled with dilute hydrochloric acid (5g/l) and after drying. 2. Determine the color influence of the test sample by referring to the natural color scale of the color change (the use of this scale is discussed in AATCC Evaluation Procedure 1). Level 5 : The natural color scale of level 5 shows that the color has basically not changed. 4.5 grade : the color change is the same as the 4-5 grade on the natural color scale. 4th level: The color change is the same as the 4th level of the natural color scale. 3.5 grade : The color change is the same as the 3-4 grade on the natural color scale. Level 3 : The color change is the same as the level 3 on the natural color scale. 2.5 level : The color change is the same as the 2-3 level on the natural color scale. Level 2 : The color change is the same as the level 2 on the natural color scale. 1.5 grade : The color change is the same as the 1-2 grade on the natural color scale. Level 1 : The color change is the same as the level 1 on the natural color scale. 3. Use the AATCC color transmission scale or the pollution natural color scale to determine the pollution degree.
