Practice of Air Conditioning Energy Saving in Textile Mills

As an important equipment for adjusting the temperature and humidity of the workshop and improving the production environment, the air conditioner of the textile factory is one of the equipment with a large proportion of energy consumption in the textile factory. Taking our company's 150,000-spindle spinning production line as an example, there are two production plants with a total of 15 sets of air-conditioning equipment. Before 2016, the power consumption of air-conditioning accounted for about 9%, which is equivalent to 290 kW per ton of yarn for 14.5 tex air-conditioning.·h; Since 2017, in order to improve the phenomenon that the electricity consumption of air conditioners remains high, and at the same time improve the qualified rate of temperature and humidity in the workshop, a series of effective measures have been carried out. down to 243 kW·h, some of our practices are summarized as follows. 1 Periodic maintenance of air-conditioning equipment 1.1 Make a monthly air-conditioning maintenance plan Due to environmental reasons, the high temperature season in summer is two months in July and August. The production process of each process in the textile factory has extremely strict requirements on temperature and humidity. Reduce the power consumption of air conditioners, formulate maintenance plans, and overhaul air conditioners in a comprehensive manner, so that air conditioners are in good and economical operation, and the production process needs are guaranteed. 1.2 Maintenance of air-conditioning equipment according to the plan. According to the maintenance plan every month, the maintenance personnel are in place, and the tools and materials are sufficient. The maintenance content includes cleaning the water baffle, cleaning the spray nozzles, cleaning the pool, cleaning the scale of each water pipeline, and repairing the water pump. At the same time, measure the air supply before and after the maintenance, compare the maintenance effects, summarize the maintenance experience, methods and methods, so as to facilitate the next maintenance, use the least maintenance personnel, obtain the best maintenance quality, improve the air conditioning adjustment ability, and improve the qualified rate of temperature and humidity in the workshop . To ensure the production process requirements, the maintenance of air-conditioning equipment can not only improve the production environment of the workshop, but also play a great role in energy saving and consumption reduction. On December 21, 2017, the nozzles of 3# air-conditioning room were replaced, and the electricity consumption for 4 days before and after 21 was statistically compared. The average electricity consumption in the first 4 days was 532 kW·h, the average electricity consumption for 4 days after replacement is 482 kW·h, the difference between front and rear is 50 kW·h. The maintenance and repair of air-conditioning equipment is very important. If the spray nozzle is blocked, the energy consumption of the water pump will increase and the spraying effect will be poor. One set of air-conditioning equipment can save 50 kW of electricity per day.·h, our company has 15 sets of air-conditioning rooms, saving 50 kW per month·h×15 sets×30 days = 22 500 (kW·h), saving 270,000 kW of electricity every year·h, reducing production costs by 175,500 yuan. 2 Periodic maintenance of electrical equipment 2.1 The application of the automatic control system of the air conditioner for the daily tour of the electrical equipment of the air conditioner makes the adjustment save time and labor, and the pass rate can be controlled within the standard range. It is particularly important to do a good job of the daily tour of the automatic control system. The inverter and the water pump inverter are running normally, and the morning inspection is in place, the inspection is effective, and the problem is solved and feedback is found in time. At the same time, do daily cleaning of power distribution cabinets, electrical components, and frequency converters, and ensure that the cooling fans operate normally. The air-conditioning worker conducts a daily 6-s inspection of the management area of the air-conditioning room: the area is the mixing room, the pump room, the equipment surface, and the sanitation of the pool, etc. The management regulations require the on-duty duty personnel to complete each inspection and cleaning. 2.2 Refueling and daily maintenance of each motor and equipment in the air-conditioning room. The electrician will follow the air-conditioning maintenance personnel to check the air-conditioning plan, check the supply fan, exhaust fan and each high-pressure dust collector, and perform regular maintenance and motor refueling. Current, motor vibration and bearing sound are the standard basis for refueling and maintenance to ensure the normal operation of each motor of the air conditioner. 3 Air conditioning adjustment methods 3.1 Daily adjustment Daily adjustment refers to within 24 hours, according to the changes in meteorological elements such as outdoor temperature and humidity, wind direction, wind speed, air pressure and weather clarity, as well as changes in indoor load, etc., in order to reduce the temperature in the workshop. Humidity fluctuations or corresponding adjustment measures and methods to meet certain temperature and humidity requirements. 3.2 Annual adjustment Annual adjustment refers to formulating the adjustment and adjustment of the air-conditioning system in accordance with the climate characteristics and indoor temperature and humidity requirements in different seasons, and in accordance with the principles of operation economy, reliability and ease of operation. management method. 3.3“transition season”Adjustment generally refers to the adjustment range between the enthalpy value of dew point temperature in winter and the enthalpy value of dew point temperature in summer in the annual adjustment.“transition season”adjustment. Adjusting the mixing ratio of the new return air is mainly carried out in the transition season. Adjustment method: While ensuring the minimum fresh air volume in the workshop, adjust the opening degree of the blades of the new return air window according to the difference between the indoor and outdoor enthalpy in the workshop to control the mixing ratio of the new return air. It must be emphasized that it is appropriate“openness” It is the result of long-term experience accumulation. 4 Considering environmental factors 4.1 Outdoor factors Daily outdoor solar radiation intensity, atmospheric temperature and humidity, wind speed and direction are changing all the time, and the difference between day and day is large. The mixed use of air or external air and return air can maintain the stability of temperature and humidity in the workshop and reduce energy consumption. 4.2 Seasonal factors During the alternation of four seasons, due to the influence of solar radiation intensity and atmospheric circulation, the outdoor meteorological parameters of the workshop vary greatly. Different seasons of the year require not only reasonable and effective daily adjustment of the air-conditioning system, but also
