Precautions for selection of high temperature dust bag

High temperature dust removal cloth bags are commonly used equipment in industrial operations. Good performance dust removal cloth bags can effectively remove harmful gases in the air. So what should be paid attention to when choosing high temperature dust removal cloth bags? (1) Handling air volume. The processing air volume of the bag filter must meet the requirements of the system design air volume, and the air leakage coefficient of the pipe must be taken into consideration. When the air volume of the system fluctuates, the bag filter should be selected according to the highest air volume. For high temperature flue gas, the bag filter should be selected according to the flue gas temperature converted to the working condition air volume. (2) Operating temperature. The operating temperature of the bag filter should be considered according to the long-term use temperature. In order to prevent condensation, the flue gas temperature of the bag filter should generally be kept 15-20 ℃ higher than the dew point. When purifying high-temperature gas close to the dew point, indirect heating should be used Or mixing high-temperature gas and other methods to reduce the relative humidity of the gas. For high-temperature dust sources, the dust-containing gas must be cooled to a temperature that the filter material can withstand. High-temperature flue gas often contains a lot of water molecules and SOx. In view of the high acid dew point of SOx, special attention should be paid when determining the operating temperature of the bag filter. (3) The composition of the gas. When considering that the processed gas contains flammable, corrosive and toxic gases, it is necessary to grasp the chemical composition of the gas. In general, the bag filter can be selected according to the processing air. For combustible gases, such as CO, when it coexists with oxygen, it may form an explosive mixture. If it is not within the explosion limit, the bag filter can be used directly, but a structure with high airtightness should be adopted, explosion-proof measures should be taken and the filter material with low resistance should be selected. If the explosion limit is reached, an auxiliary burner should be installed before entering the dust collector. After the gas is completely burned and cooled, it can enter the bag filter. For corrosive gases, such as sulfur oxide, chlorine and hydrogen chloride, fluorine and hydrogen fluoride, phosphoric acid gas, etc., the filter material, shell material and anti-corrosion method should be selected according to the type of corrosive gas. (4) Dust concentration in flue gas. The mass concentration of dust at the inlet of the flue gas has a greater impact on the pressure loss of the bag filter, the cleaning cycle, the wear of the filter material and the box, and the capacity of the ash discharge device. If the concentration is too large, pre-dust removal should be set. (5) Dust characteristics. Dust characteristics mainly include particle size distribution, particle shape, density, adhesion, hygroscopicity, electrification, and combustion and explosive properties. Fine dust with low bulk density, fibrous dust, dust with strong hygroscopicity and adhesion, and dust easily charged are often difficult to clean, resulting in a decrease in the dust removal efficiency of the bag filter and an increase in pressure loss. For those containing such dust For flue gas purification, consider adopting an external filter bag filter with good dust removal effect, and appropriately reduce the filtering wind speed. More importantly, choose the anti-sticking, anti-humidity, and anti-static filter material based on surface filtration. For the purification of explosive smoke and dust, explosion-proof and fire-proof measures should be taken. (6) Equipment resistance. A certain type of bag filter has a certain resistance range. However, the selection may need to be appropriately changed according to factors such as the capacity of the fan. At this time, the filter wind speed and the cleaning cycle should be adjusted accordingly. (7) Working pressure. Under normal circumstances, the pressure resistance of the bag filter is required to be about 5000Pa. When the Roots blower is used as the power, the pressure resistance of the bag filter housing is required to be 15000~50,000Pa. In a few occasions (such as blast furnace gas purification) , The required pressure resistance exceeds 100kPA. (8) Working environment. When installing the bag filter outdoors, the corresponding electrical system should be considered and rain-proof measures should be taken. When the bag filter is installed in a corrosive gas or dust environment, or near the coast or on a ship, the structure material and anti-corrosion coating of the filter should be carefully selected. The bag filter is used in cold areas. If compressed air is used to clean dust or a cylinder-driven switching valve is used, the moisture in the compressed air must be prevented from freezing to avoid malfunction. At the same time, dust collector heat preservation measures are taken. The above is about the precautions for the selection of high temperature dust removal cloth bags.
