Purchasing content: a batch of testing instruments and monitoring software, technical parameters and requirements are detailed in the negotiation document, and the procurement budget is 25.8 yuan .   Fourth, procurement method: competitive negotiation procurement. V. Qualification of the supplier:   1, meet the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;   2, have an enterprise legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate that has passed the annual inspection; Personal ID card (or power of attorney for legal representative and ID card of authorized person);   4. Time and place of registration:    qualified suppliers who are interested can start from now until October 8, 2014, at 08:30-11:00 in the morning and 14:30-17:00 in the afternoon (Beijing time). Deadline for submission of response documents: All response documents should be submitted to the Shangrao County Government Procurement Center before 9:30 am (Beijing time) on October 9, 2014. Late submissions will not be accepted.   Nine. If the registered suppliers are unable to participate in the negotiation activities, please notify Shangrao County Government Procurement Center in writing one day before the deadline for bidding, otherwise they are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of the project. 11. Bid bond and performance bond: The bid bond is two thousand yuan (¥2600), and the bidder shall remit the bid bond to the designated account of Shangrao County Government Procurement Center before the deadline for bidding, and it has not been issued when submitting the bid.
