Adhesion is an important technical indicator, and it is the premise for the paint film to have a series of properties. The common test method is to use a paper cutter to draw a 15X15mm grid within the range of 50X100mm on the paint surface, and then stick the tape on the painted surface with the grid. Press with a stick or finger with a load of 500G, then hold one end of the tape and pull the tape away in a rapid and sudden manner in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the coating to check whether the coating is peeled off by the tape. If no peeling occurs, it is considered acceptable. If peeling occurs between the coatings, it is also considered acceptable. If peeling occurs between the metal and the coating, it is considered unqualified. The factory's professional test is to use a hundred grid test. The tool is a hundred grid knife. The width of the knife edge is about 10mm~12mm. Every 1mm~1.2mm is an interval. There are 10 grids in total. When a straight line is drawn, 10 straight line knife marks with the same interval will appear. , and draw the vertical position of the straight line knife mark, it becomes a 10*10 square of 100 grids. After the 100 grid knife is finished, you must use tape to test whether it will fall off. First, stick the tape to the 100 grid position, press down with your fingers to stick the tape tightly, and then tear off the tape with an instant force. The tape is generally a 25mm wide translucent tape, and the backing material is polyester film or acetate fiber. Stick the tape on the entire grid, and then tear it off at a small angle. The result can be obtained according to the proportion of the glued area on the surface of the paint film. 3.
