Steering force characteristics The assembly is installed on the test bench, and the output end is rigidly fixed in the straight driving position; in the case of power assistance, in the range of 0~Vmax vehicle speed, input the vehicle speed signal to the controller at certain intervals; 0.5 r/min Rotate the input end in two directions respectively, until the oil pressure reaches the highest working pressure of the assembly; draw the relationship curve between the torque of the input end and the working oil pressure under different vehicle speed signals, see Figure 1; a) Draw separately Calculate the steering force characteristic curve under different vehicle speed signals; b) Measure the left and right maximum steering torques under different vehicle speed signals respectively; c) According to the calculation method of QC/T XXX (XXX represents 306, the standard is being written), calculate the Symmetry of steering force characteristic curve under different vehicle speed signals; electronic control device fault alarm test Install the electronic control device to be tested on the test bench, the electronic control device works normally, simulate various fault conditions set, check the fault display light or Whether the fault code alarm signal is normal. The voltage fluctuation test controller is connected to a power supply whose output power is adjustable. When the 12V power system is used, the power supply voltage changes within the range of 10.8V to 16.0V; when the 24V power system is used, the power supply voltage changes within the range of 21.6V to 32.0V. In the test of power supply polarity reverse polarity and power supply overvoltage resistance performance, the controller is normally wired as a load. In the non-working state, when the input power supply voltage is the reverse connection voltage value, the power supply polarity is reversed for 1min. Reverse voltage value: 12V system is 14V±0.1V; 24V system is 28V±0.2V. Connect the power input terminal of the controller to the +24V power supply (for 12V power system), the time is 1min; connect the power input terminal of the controller to the +32V power supply (for the 24V power system), the time is 1min. Drop test: Press the controller in six directions: up, down, left, right, front and back, and place it at a height of 1m (the lowest point of the electronic control unit) and drop it freely (the ground is a concrete floor), twice in each direction. Reliability test methods Forced turning test and temperature alternating sealing test are carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of QC/T XXXX. Overpressure test and reverse fatigue test Under the condition that the controller receives the 0km/h vehicle speed signal, the assembly is tested according to the method described in the relevant clauses of QC/T XXXX. Reverse overload test Under the condition that the controller receives the Vmax vehicle speed signal, the assembly is tested according to the method described in the relevant clauses of QC/T XXXX. The wear test is to input the vehicle speed signal to the controller at a frequency of 0.05Hz according to the speed change of 0km/h~Vmax~0km/h. Under the condition that the electronic control valve is working normally, the assembly is carried out according to the method described in the relevant clauses of QC/T XXXX test. After the test, continue to test according to the free clearance of 6.1.1, the internal leakage of 6.1.2, the function test of 6.1.3 and the steering force characteristic of 6.1.5 to check whether the assembly works normally. In the muddy water endurance test of forward rotation, the vehicle speed signal is input to the controller at a frequency of 0.05Hz and the vehicle speed varies from 0km/h to Vmax to 0km/h. Under the condition that the electronic control valve is working normally, the assembly shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of QC/T XXXX. test using the method described above. After the test, continue to test according to: 1 free clearance, no-load torque and external leakage, 2 internal leakage, 3 functional test, 4 steering gear stiffness and steering force characteristics to check whether the assembly works normally.
