Incandescent lamps, household light sources often require the use of this light source for metamerism testing, with a relative color temperature of 2856K and a power of 35w. H halogen tungsten lamp, a household light source that meets the ASTM D1729-74 standard, is often used for visual evaluation of the color difference of non-reflective materials, with a relative color temperature of 2300K and a power of 75w. UV ultraviolet black lamp is used to detect optical brighteners and fluorescent dyes, especially suitable for detecting the proportion of white or fluorescent colors and the uniformity in the material. Power 600mm-18w. Common Problems and Solutions of VeriVide Light Boxes Common Problems Causes and Solutions When power is on, the light box does not respond, and the display light does not turn on. Check the fuse or transformer of the light box. One of the light sources does not light up, and the other normal buttons light up. If the relay is normal, check the ballast. If the button light is off and the relay has no response, check that the button or relay circuit board in the same group of lamps does not light up, and the rest are normally replaced with new lamps. If it still does not light up, check the ballast and turn on the power. The lamp is always on and the relay sounds If it is too small, the rest of the operation fails, the relay is damaged, and the display screen is out of order. Other operations are normal. Check the relay circuit board. The display is on but there are no words. The lamp is off. Check whether the relay circuit board, IC, and crystal ring are normal. Buttons are out of order and cannot be shut down. Check the keypad. Whether it is short-circuited, whether the relay switch board line is short-circuited, the lamp is on but the brightness cannot be adjusted (the light box has the function of adjusting the light source). Check whether the adjustable resistance (potentiometer) or ballast is normal. After-sales service and maintenance of the stability and connection of the circuit board 1. The lamp tube should be replaced regularly (at least one year or less) 2. The inner wall of the light box should be repainted regularly. 3. Use a soft, clean, slightly moist fabric when wiping the light box board.
