Button pull tester operation method and maintenance details

Significance and function:

1. The pulling test method of this instrument is used to measure the strength of the vertical pull test on buttons and clothing, and the buttons and buttons are not pulled off the clothing;

2. The button sewing specifications required by this method should be in accordance with the button manufacturer.

3. This test method is used to correlate different wearing environments and to compare different button types and brands;

4. This button pull test standardmay contain hazardous materials, operations and equipment that are not listed in the standard All safety issues that may arise in use. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the user of the standard to establish relevant safety and health rules, and to determine the appropriate regulations before use;

5. All buttons need to be sewn tightly to the fabric with chain clothing;

6. According to the test requirements, when the maximum If the size of the button is greater than 6mm or less than or equal to 6mm, the button must be able to withstand the tension of 90N and 50N respectively.

The advantages of the pull test machine:

The position of the test table can be raised and fixed upward through the handle, which is convenient for changing the sample;

The horizontal first-wheel operation is designed with ergonomic principles to make the operator more comfortable;

The safety design of the lock makes the operation more convenient. Safe and reliable;

Cooperate with the special frame, so that the extended test range is wider;

Lower clamping pliers, accessories, stable clamping, easy to use;

The spring design of the hidden center greatly improves the pinning force and ensures the repeatability of the test;

Upper clamping pliers, equipped with a variety of clamps, suitable for different button samples;

It is the most convenient design and can reduce the damage of the sample due to slippage during the test process.

The operation of the pull tester machine:

1. Install the fixture, cooperate with the button to be tested, and lock the test sample to the base

2. Put down the fixture, grasp the button and pull it upward, each set of buttons must bear at least 17 pounds of pulling force (ie 7.72 kg) and need to hold for 10 seconds without any signs of loosening or breakage, and 20 buttons of each type must be tested at the same time to be considered qualified.

3. If one of the buttons is loose or damaged, or after replacement, all of them must be re-inspected.

Routine maintenance and maintenance:

Do not use overloading, the rated load of this pull tester machine is 300N;

Pay attention to daily maintenance work and keep all parts of the instrument clean;

When the snap button pull strength tester is sluggish and inflexible during use, please contact the bearings on both sides of the machine. Add a little oil to the oil hole on the seat to lubricate. Please contact our company in time when the machine fails.
