Product Description
It is used to test the change of physical indexes such as appearance color, size change and peeling strength performance of garments and various textiles after dry cleaning with organic solvents and alkaline solutions.

Features of Garments Dry Cleaning Tester
1. Environmentally friendly: The mechanical parts of the whole machine are custom-made, and the pipelines are made of seamless steel pipes, fully sealed. It is an environmentally friendly type with a design for internal circulation and purification of the washing liquid. The exhaust outlet is equipped with an activated carbon filter, ensuring no exhaust gas is discharged to the outside during the test process (the exhaust gas is recovered and recycled by activated carbon).
2. It is controlled by a 32-bit ST microcontroller, with a LCD, programmable pneumatic valve, multiple fault monitoring and protection devices, audible alarm.
3. Large screen color touch screen for operation display, dynamic icons for workflow display.
4. The part in contact with the liquid is made of full stainless steel. There is an independent additive liquid tank and a metering pump for automatic liquid replenishment.
5. Built-in 5 sets of fully automatic testing programs, programmable manual programs.
6. Editable washing program.
