Application
This IR Lab Dyeing Machine GT-D22 is oil bath type infrared laboratory dyeing machine, it combine the advantages of traditional glycerol dyeing machine with common infrared dyeing machine together.
It was special design for dyeing industry, chemical industry, raw material, cloth which can simulate the production conditions exactly and reach the process effect.

Material: The casing adopts stainless steel with powder coating, and the interior is entirely made of high-quality stainless steel.

Structure: Box-type structure with front-opening door. The door is equipped with high-temperature resistant sealing strips. The rotating cage features heat-conducting oil insulation, ensuring no temperature drop when the door is opened for placing samples next time.

Observation Window: Tempered glass protective observation window for convenient operation and monitoring, enabling real-time observation of the working status inside the sample chamber.

Temperature Sensor: Equipped with a temperature rise curve; temperature measurement accuracy up to ±0.1℃.

Heating Method: Electric heating with infrared heating tubes irradiating the cup cage and dyeing cups. Low power consumption, small temperature difference, no glycerin loss.

Infrared Heating Tubes: The tubes do not directly heat the dyeing cups; instead, they heat the heat-conducting oil, thus eliminating temperature differences between cups.
