Whole Shoes Flexing Tester Description
Application
Whole Shoes Flexing Tester is to test finished shoes, like sports shoes, casual shoes, work shoes etc. And determine its flexing resistance or indicating the cracks of shoe or shoe sole through reciprocating flexing movements under the specified angle and frequency.
Principle
Press the foreshoes, and lift the heel for reciprocating flexing.
Feature
1.Equipped with acrylic protective cover, which make sure safe operation and low noise.
2.Heel fixture using linear slide for smooth movement with little resistance.
3.Freely set running times and Whole Shoes Flexing Tester automatically stop after test finished.
Shoes flexing tester Standards
SATRA TM92, ISO 24266, HG/T 2871
SATRA TM92: Resistance of footwear to flexing
This SATRA TM92 test method is intended to assess the resistance of completed footwear to repeated flexing. The method is applicable to most types of footwear. It is not suitable for assessing the flex crack resistance of upper or soling materials.
ISO 24266: Footwear — Test methods for whole shoe — Flexing durability
This document specifies two test methods for the determination of the flexing durability of whole shoes.
HG/T 2871: Determination of flex resistance of whole rubber shoes

How Does a Whole Shoe Flexing Tester Work?
Mount the footwear specimen: Secure the finished shoe in the appropriate fixture.
Adjust the test position: Position the forefoot and heel fixtures according to the required test configuration.
Set the flexing angle: Adjust the bending angle within the available 0°–90° range.
Set the test cycles: Enter the required number of flexing cycles using the touch screen controller.
Start the test: The Shoes Flexing Tester repeatedly presses the forefoot and lifts the heel to produce controlled reciprocating flexing.
Monitor the test: The cycle counter records the number of completed flexing ovements.
Inspect the footwear: After testing, inspect the shoe for cracks, damage or other visible deterioration.A
