In 2015, the sales output value of Hangzhou Guishang garment enterprises fell again by 0.77%. At the same time, according to statistics from the Hangzhou Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, the total profit of apparel companies dropped by 39.65%, and there was a 24% loss. The extensive clothing manufacturing model has obviously not adapted to the requirements of green and efficient development, and the elimination of outdated production capacity has become a general trend.
